Front and Rear Lowering Options

Post by alacran on Thu Aug 08, 2013 9:53 pm

I had both my front and rear springs burnt down a little too much now my car is bouncing everywhere lol. Can i use the mk3 supra rear spring and strut on my car? If so, how much will it drop compared to the stock height. What spring should i get for the front??

Go to a wrecker both pick some ex cressida springs up, this time only cut 2-3 coils FROM THE TOP.
I made the same mistake too don't worry.

I paid $50 for both rears

Are you talking about the rear spring coils?  They just put in a 1989 Cressy in my closest Pick-A-Part Smile

Oh, ok cool. I got some is300 rims in the swap-meet for $280 after bringing the price down from $350 lol. Brand new bridgestone tires too.

I have Zoom front and rear lowering springs with KYB  mk3 rear struts and
KYB front Rav 4 strut inserts. both are little lower and about 50% stiffer then OEM KYB's.
Here are my GS300 Poly Powder Coated wheels. The picture is with stock suspension.
