This swap isn't as simple as buying some aftermarket bits and bolting it together, so your question doesn't make much sense to me.

I'd be happy to answer some more specific questions.

That said, it can't be that complicated because I did it... Very Happy

this is what ive come up with so far....
easiest engine to use is out of the ls400 being front sump and my one dosnt have trac control so will make wiring easier
engine mounts will need to be custom jobs not to big of a deal
exhaust is the biggest pita as the steering shaft is smack bang where the zorst needs to be
if auto not to much else there other than tail-shaft but manual like i am needs ether a custom bell housing or a adaptor made for the std bell housing and if that's the case use of a hydraulic throw out as the auto bell housing doesn't have prevision for fork

is is recommended that a larger 3/4 master cylinder should be used with the hydraulic throw out to make sure you have correct throw

pedal, custom power steering lines, ac lines etc

and then the fun process of wiring

= uzx83

A guy by the name of peewee used to make mounts for swapping a 1uz, since tcnet went down I have't heard hide nor hair of him though.

Xcessive manufacturing makes mounts for uz swaps. But good choice on the uz. I love mine. The sound they make is just bliss.

I wanted mine to be beefy mounts.
I don't realy like the design of the xm ones.

My new ones are of set and now have big gusset holding them together and all the plates lock together for extra strength

I've been working on mine alot lately haven't been on forums in ages.

The 1uz and r154 with twin plate quarter master clutch are in the car.

Still need to do exhaust tale shaft and install the haltech.

Power steering lines and hoses are done. Just need to install them. Vac lines almost finished also. Do need a smaller carbon canister tho as the std one can't go in the stock location.
