They are great to order from! If you call and order he usually cuts some deals too.
Right now I got BC racing coils, with x8 front suspension, boxed control arms and 'energy suspension' bushings, and the raptor racing camber mod.
Its pretty decent but If i had to do it again I wold use S13 front lower control arms/knuckles/tension rods and get some good coil overs for the front and some aftermarket springs with adjustable shocks for the rear. To be real I will probably do this next winter.

How would you go about setting up all the s13 stuff in the front? Would you use s13 coils up front as well? Isn't there a way to use s13 coils in the rear? I've read on the t3 site that they have I forgot exactly what it's called but it allows you to weld up coils to the rear.

Go with Xcessive Manufacturing, they are great people and can help you with any questions you have. I purchased a lot of parts from them, and the turn around time is always good and quick!
Re: Suspension setups and mods for drifting
It bolts right on, you just need all of the parts. not 100% sure about tie rods but with the s13 parts and yours you should be able to sort it out. you have to re drill the strut tower, its easy. Or find camber plates for a MK2 or a cressida and mount the S13 coils to that. I have no Idea about the rear, what I got is working for me.

I've got bc coils on order, I'm looking to tighten up the rear susp while I'm at it..
will the raptor racing rear susp kit work on the mx73? sub frame bushings, diff bishings, control arm bushings, camber brackets, the whole shabang... I'm ready to order, but don't want to waste time if this kit won't work

Re: Suspension setups and mods for drifting
Hey, I am also in the market for some suspension and steering upgrades.
I have had my mind set on just running full serialnine suspension and then getting excessive manufacturing steering / bushing / rca / and so on.
I realize they are expensive, but figured they would be worth it. However I have also contemplated seeing if they would just sell me the rears and running s chassis stuff up front. Any thoughts on this?

Re: Suspension setups and mods for drifting
Can anyone make a set of s13 coilovers that can just pop into the cressy? I'm not too great with that stuff an I've hear a lot of people like it. Just curious before I spend 800 on some Megan's

how do you mean? Would you want to run cressida spindles or s13 knuckles?

I believe s13 knuckles. All s13 stuff up front n possibly in rear

Re: Suspension setups and mods for drifting
No s13 anything in rear, maybe springs thats it. You can use s13 coils up front with your stock spindles, X8 spindles, or S13 knuckles, I would advise s13 knuckles. no modification is required EXCEPT your strut tower, you will have to re-drill for the s13 camber plate.

Re: Suspension setups and mods for drifting
This is probably a stupid question. But I'm guessing if you convert to s13 lca's and knuckles up front you just run the s13 rotors and brakes up front as well? Would also be nice to know if the stock brake line is the same size on the caliper side or would you have to get new/custom brake lines made?

I remember the thread on this a while back but I think it's gone now. Would be awesome if someone has it saved and can upload it here!

when you get all the parts from the s13, get the brake lines too. I cant remember witch ones you use but you can use either your stock lines or the s13 lines.

Re: Suspension setups and mods for drifting
Good to know. Also I believe the z32 brakes are a direct bolt on with the s13 knuckles. All you have to do is get the rotors redrilled for 4 lug and viola! Simple, cheap brake upgrade.

Or go 5 lug at the same time...

Re: Suspension setups and mods for drifting
Doing the s13 front knuckle swap and s13 coilovers next weekend. Just wanted to verify my parts list. So far I got knuckles, hubs, rotors, calipers, and brake lines. Do I need anything else? (Lca,ball joints, tie rod ends)?

Re: Suspension setups and mods for drifting
you need the s13 tension rods/caster arms whatever you decide to call them and lower control arms too. I'm pretty sure, my knowledge is second hand.
