what kind of bucket seats? I assume you mean like a fixed back or something, if so go to excessive manufacturing dot com.

XM doesn't even do that.....
No sliders.
Do what AK says, cheaper, and adjustable.

yes they do gordon, unless I misunderstood what you meant.

But, yes if you are capable it is pretty simple. however, if its anything like the x7, which I think it is. And you decide to go the cheeper rout like I did and use factory buckets from another car you are going to have to do a lot of cutting to get the seat low enough that your head doesn't hit the roof.

They don't have sliders like my Brides do, where I can reach down, pull up the arm, and adjust the seat.
And after all, if you are capable of using a hack saw, a drill, and a welding machine, you can just make a set like the XMs for less money.
And they will probably fit better, as I have seen several people have issues with the XMs. Either XM did not hold tollerances, or there was a slight change by Toyota on the threaded hole placement over the span of X8 production.

Fair enough, I haven't seen the piece. But I will say, and no offence to the OP, the question was asked in a way that I can only assume that basic fabrication skills are probably non existent.
