5M Rear cam shaft cover oil leak Empty 5M Rear cam shaft cover oil leak

I have a 1987 MX73 and the rear exhaust cam shaft cover has leaked and gotten worse over the time I have had the car. Has anyone had any luck at fixing this oil leak without taking off the cam tower with the engine in the car?

You might be able to, it is just an o-ring behind the 3 bolt cover, it will be a pain in the ass, trying to keep the o-ring from slipping. I would put some of Motorcraft gasket maker TA29 to hold it in place while assembling it, it beats the hell out of Toyota's FIPG gasket maker.
