Stupid Fuel tank straps!!! Empty Stupid Fuel tank straps!!!

Okay, in getting my wagon running, I dropped the fuel tank. Turned out not to be needed as the fuel pump was fine. Been a while since I dropped a fuel tank in one of these. Any tips or hints for getting those fuel tank straps back together? Spent most of the afternoon on my back wiggling that stupid tank around trying to get it secured to no avail.

Okay, nevermind, did loosen the front of the straps enough. Tank back in! Now I just have to clean up the grounds and work on the alternator.
