BBK Options

Putting a 1UZ in my car, so something needs to be done about the brakes. There's a BBK kit offered by Raptor Racing (LINK), but that's all I've come across besides the 300ZX upgrade. Even though I'm going V8, I'm fairly sure I have no use for $2500 brakes. Do you guys know of any other options?

Have any of you done the 300ZX upgrade? There was a writeup on how to do the fronts on the old site, but now I can't really find any information at all. I know a spacer for the hub is needed but not the dimensions. Are the front and rear calipers bolt on? Does the stock drum-brake-style parking brake system work with the 300ZX rear rotors?

We should put this information together for people like me who will need it.

I found this over at CelicaSupra.com. It's a list of all the different bits from other cars that will fit the Celica Supra hubs front and rear. They are the same as ours (to my knowledge at least). The entire posting (all 45 pages) is a really good read. LINK HERE
