Front end suspension conversions options.

Ive got an extra set of X7 spindles that I would like to use on my X3.
Pretty sure I can use them along with the knuckles on my X3 control arms. Has anyone done this or know if there are any got ya's? I dont see why it wouldn't work.
Planning on cutting them down, AGX inserst, + ground control coil overs T3 style.
