I have been importing them for 14+ years now, and I have never seen one for a Toyota trans, new or used.
But I did adapt one meant for an S13 to a W58.
Just takes an adaptor, with the mounting surface at the correct height above the W58 shifter mounting surface,
and a special bushing in the shifter arm ro accept the Nissan lower bushing.

This will NOT work on an R154, due to the reverse shifter travel being longer.
But I suspect that an S14 Ikeya will work for it, as the S14 trans also has a longer reverse throw.

The only way to tell, is to have an R154, and an S14 Ikeya sitting in the same room, and start measuring.
That was what I had to do with the W58/S13 conversion.
