Where have all the 6MGE gone?

Where have all the 6MGE engines gone? They used to be plentiful low hanging fruit that was everywhere. I am looking for one and now there are none to be had. How about in aussie land are they sparse there as well? And crank pullies are just as hard to find if attempting a hybridization. It is just about as easy and cheap to do a 1JZ swap now day. Stranger yet there are actually 2 1ggte engines on ebay right now along with a GX71 half cut, which run decent but are a bastard to get parts for here in the states. 6MGE simple quick bolt in and used to be cheap, has someone hopefully hoarded a stash some where?

They got swapped. That's the problem with using engines only produced in another country that ceased production 25 years ago...supply drops.
