1989 cressida I'm a new member who needs help!!

hey guys i have an issue with my turn signals! they're not working but the emergency lights work 
. the relay works because i changed it & i changed the emergency switch. originally the emergency hazard switch burned out so i changed it. i have no idea why the turn signals aren't working please get back to me!

DOES ANYONE HAVE A HAZARD EMERGENCY OR WARNING SWITCH FOR A 1989 CRESSIDA.. ITS ALSO CALLED A SATILITE SWITCH
