Seat belt alarm Empty Seat belt alarm

Hello - I have a 1985 Cressida. The seat belt alarm will not go off. So far my only solution is to turn up the radio. Any thoughts on how to stop that alarm? Thanks for any help.

There's a seat belt warning relay that I suspect does this. Not sure where it sits however.
